Responsibility
Once your order is dispatched and handed to the courier, Chunkz is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that may occur in transit. If your parcel is delayed or lost, please first contact the postal provider using your tracking number.
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout - we are not liable for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us, re-delivery fees will apply.
Warm Weather Advisory
During warmer months, please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery so your cookies don’t melt in the sun! We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone is home or where it can be safely left in a shaded area.
