Refund policy
At Chunkz, we take great pride in the quality of our cookies and sweet treats. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, taste preferences, or failure to collect or accept delivery.
Eligibility for Refunds
We will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit only if:
- You cancel your order at least 48 hours before dispatch or delivery.
- You received the wrong item or your order was incomplete, and you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
To request a refund or resolution, please email info@chunkz.au with:
- Your full name and order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos (if applicable)
Refunds or resolutions will be issued at our discretion.
What We Don’t Cover
We are unable to provide refunds if:
- You change your mind or don't like the taste.
- You cancel less than 48 hours before dispatch or pick up date.
- You provide an incorrect or incomplete postal address.
- You fail to collect a parcel and it is returned to us (redelivery fees will apply).
- You fail to collect your order from your chosen market collection date.
- Your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit - once it leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the courier or postal service.
