Welcome to Chunkz! By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Orders & Payment
- All orders must be placed through our official website, or in person at our market stall.
- Payments must be made in full at the time of order. We accept cash or card.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. First-Time Customer Discount
- First-time customers who subscribe to our mailing list will receive a $5 discount on their first purchase with a minimum spend of $30.
- The discount code will be emailed upon subscription and must be entered at checkout.
- This offer is limited to the first 600 subscribers and is valid for a single use per customer.
- The discount cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to past purchases.
- Chunkz reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without notice.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
- If there is an issue with your order (e.g., wrong item or quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup for a resolution. If you fail to contact us within this timeframe, no resolution can be provided.
- Cancellations will not be accepted less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or dispatch date. If a cancellation is requested within this period, no refund will be given.
- All cancellation requests are subject to approval at our discretion, and we reserve the right to deny cancellations for any reason.
4. Pickup, Delivery & Customer Responsibility
Pick Up
- All orders for pick up must be collected from the selected market at the scheduled time.
- Customers are responsible for collecting their orders on time. If an order is not picked up within the specified timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled. Customers will be notified of the cancellation, and no refunds will be given.
- Once an order has been handed over, Chunkz is not responsible for any damage, melting, or mishandling that occurs after pickup. Please transport your treats with care.
Delivery
- We offer postage Australia-wide. All orders will be dispatched to the address provided at checkout.
- You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
- Once your order has been shipped or handed over to a postal service, Chunkz is not responsible for any damage, delay, or mishandling that may occur during transit.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, redelivery will be at the customer’s expense.
5. Allergies & Dietary Information
- Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs.
- We are not liable for allergic reactions or dietary restrictions. Please check ingredient details before ordering.
6. Product Availability
- Some treats may be available for a limited time and are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.
7. Liability
- Chunkz is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries related to the consumption of our products after they have been picked up, delivered, or posted.
- We are not liable for any third-party issues, including product mishandling after pickup, delivery or postage.
- We are not liable for any adverse reactions caused by allergens in our products.
- By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and assume responsibility for storage and consumption of our products.
8. Market Stall Sales & Pre-Order Pickups
- All items purchased at our market stalls are sold as-is and are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or modifications can be made after purchase.
- As our products are perishable, we are not responsible for any damage, melting, or changes in texture once the item has left our stall.
- Availability of products at market stalls is limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not guarantee stock for specific items.
- We accept cash and card at our stalls.
- If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please ask before purchasing, as we cannot guarantee cross-contamination prevention in a market setting.
Pre-Order Pickups at Market Stalls
- Customers may pre-order items for pickup at a market stall, subject to availability.
- Pre-orders must be placed and paid for in advance through our official website.
- Orders must be picked up within the agreed timeframe at the designated stall. Failure to collect on time will result in forfeiture of the order with no refund.
- Once handed over, we are not responsible for any damage or melting that occurs after pickup.
Market Cancellations
- In the event that a market is cancelled beyond our control, orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout to suburbs within a 50km radius of Lara, VIC 3212.
- Orders outside of this radius will be posted instead.
9. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
