Orders are dispatched every Wednesday via Express Post. Shipping usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way!

Our cookies are baked fresh every week for dispatch on Wednesday's and for each market. Because they are home made and freshly baked, they don't have a long shelf life. Storing them in an airtight container will help make them last longer. If stored correctly, cookies can stay fresh for up to 7 days.

Cookies are best served warm. Heat in the microwave for approx. 20 seconds.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Yes. Our cookies contain gluten, dairy, and eggs, and may contain traces of nuts and soy. We don’t operate in an allergen-free kitchen, so we recommend reaching out if you have serious allergies.

Cancellations are only accepted up to 48 hours before dispatch. After that, we’ve likely started baking your order and can’t cancel or refund.

Email us at info@chunkz.au within 24 hours of receiving your order, and include your order number and a photo if something’s wrong. We’ll do our best to sort it out!
